YPJ SERIES AIR COOLING BELT
Features of 800 kg/hr Air Cooling Belt with Steel Slat for Paste Product:
1) Stainless steel belt strips and semi-hermetic cooling system
2) Adjustable thickness of chips and rollers speed
3) Roller and crusher equipped with mechanical overload protection
4) Various models to meet different extrusion output requirements

This series of cooling belt is composed of cooling rollers, stainless steel strips and crushing rollers. The hot-melt materials discharged from extruder will be squeezed and crushed into chips with thickness of 1-1.5mm. Air filtration and heat exchange system can be selectively equipped.
